In an ideal world this is what I would wear everyday- a fabulous frock, beautiful baubles, towering heels and a cozy knit casually thrown over. My very own rendition of Breakfast At Tiffany's. If there's one thing I took away from that film it's that there are no rules in fashion. Who says you can't wear evening wear to the grocery store or lingerie at the park? I wore this outfit for no particular occasion and that's what I love most about it. Some days you just need a little glamour in your life.

It's so funny because tonight for dinner I'm dressed in a topshop skirt that's almost exactly like yours (except for a little bit more pink) and I photographed it for my blog this week. I really LOVE the color of yours though- it's such a soft pretty color.
And re: my handbag collection, thank you. I tend to buy my vintage bags more from ebay. This can be really risky because there seem to be more fakes than not but because I've been collecting for awhile I know what to look for and I often request a 100000000000 more photos of detailing than what the seller posts. And, I only buy from trusted sellers, not just ones that have good feedback. And then, for extra security, I usually pay an outside source for authentication afterwards, just for peace of mind. Whew, that was a long one! :)

Hey lovely, just answering your question about my photos: I only ever use my iPhone's camera to take photos for my blog but I use the HDR and then I edit them with an app called snapseed, also on my phone! I too am pretty amazed at the textural effects on my photos and am very happy with my iPhone! Now I know if it ever ends up with my washing it may still survive the wash! Love it!
